Environment and energy grants — balcony solar
Property owners can receive 25% of the purchase price, up to €200, for a balcony solar system below 800 W at a dwelling in Mersch.

The municipal grant helps pay for a small balcony system that generates solar electricity. It covers 25% of the purchase price, with a maximum payment of €200.
Eligibility
- The property owner completes the application.
- The balcony solar system must have a capacity below 800 W.
- It must serve a dwelling or apartment in the municipality of Mersch. Where applicable, garden houses used as complementary dwellings also qualify. Only one grant application is allowed per dwelling.
- You must repay the grant if you obtained it through false declarations or inaccurate information.

Complete and sign the renewable-energy grant form, selecting the balcony-solar option. Include the original purchase invoice, building permission or declaration of works, and your bank-account details. Sign the declaration that the information is true and copies match the originals.
Post the form and supporting documents to Collège des Bourgmestre et Echevins de la commune de Mersch, B.P. 93, L-7501 Mersch.
