Energy loan
Borrow SEK 30,000–350,000 for improvements that reduce energy use in your home, such as insulation, new windows or appliances.

You can finance additional insulation, replacement windows or household appliances, shares in wind power, and heating systems such as district or local heating and pellet heating. The investment must reduce energy use in your home. For solar panels, the bank directs you to its separate solar loan.
This is money you must repay, with interest and applicable fees. The published variable interest rate is 3.40%, so it can change. Repayment takes 1–12 years, depending on the loan amount and purpose. The setup fee is SEK 550, waived for Nyckelkund customers. Electronic invoices have no notification fee; postal invoices cost SEK 45 each.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and have a regular income that is not benefits, student aid or similar support.
- Your finances must leave room to pay the costs of the loan, and you must have no payment default records.
- You must invest in solutions that reduce energy use in your home.
- You must be a customer of Skurups Sparbank. New customers can join first and then apply.

Call Skurups Sparbank on 0771-22 11 22 to discuss whether the energy loan fits your planned home improvement. If you are a new customer, join using Mobile BankID before applying; the bank also offers help by phone or at a branch.
The bank starts paying out the loan after approving it and receiving your signed documents. Contact the bank by phone or at a branch if you want to make an extra repayment or pay off the loan early. To increase an existing loan, apply for a new loan; contact the bank if you also want to settle the old one.
