Solar loan
Borrow for residential solar panels in Wisconsin if you qualify for membership through health-care employment or immediate family.
Ta możliwość jest obecnie dostępna po angielsku.
The loan pays for residential solar panel systems and installation. MMCCU pays your installer in stages after approval, rather than sending the full loan at once.
During installation, for up to 18 months, you make monthly interest payments on the amount already paid out. The rate table lists annual percentage rates (APR) as low as 5.74% during installation and for repayment terms up to 60 months, 6.24% up to 120 months, or 6.74% up to 180 months. APR expresses the annual borrowing cost. These are the lender’s published rates dated November 1, 2025, and apply to new loans.
Those lowest rates include a 0.25 percentage-point reduction. You qualify through an active checking account with a posted transaction within the last six months plus direct deposit; membership of at least five years; an outstanding MMCCU mortgage balance; or an open home equity line of credit (HELOC). The rate depends on the term and credit approval. Rates may be blended if a loan has mixed collateral, and MMCCU decides the maximum term.
You repay the borrowed money with interest. A down payment may be required, and minimum, fixed, transaction, activity or similar charges may apply under the Wisconsin Consumer Act.

Once you have a signed installer contract, apply with a lender. Provide the contract, the legal description of the installation property, a photo ID and basic income and employment information.
