The loan finances solar systems, thermal insulation and other environmental investments for the home. You borrow from the bank and repay the money with interest and fees through monthly payments.
You can borrow up to MKD 2,000,000 for up to 120 months. The interest rate stays fixed throughout repayment. With mandatory Croatia Osiguruvanje – Život life insurance, the rate is 4.7% for terms up to 95 months or 6.8% for 96–120 months. With mandatory Sava accident insurance, it is 4.9% for terms up to 95 months or 7% for 96–120 months.
There is a one-off MKD 2,000 handling fee and a MKD 700 application fee, payable even if the bank refuses the loan. Life-insurance premiums depend on the loan amount and selected insurance option and are paid with the monthly loan instalments. Accident insurance is listed at MKD 1,000 per year throughout the loan term; that amount can change under the multi-year insurance contract. The bank lists no early-repayment fee and no fee for refinancing from other banks.
Eligibility
- This entry covers customers receiving their salary or pension into an NLB Banka account.
- The bank must assess you as able to repay. It checks your available income after debts and your credit record.
- Choose the required life or accident insurance described above. Repayments are collected from your account by standing order.
- Guarantors and employer deductions from salary are normally unnecessary, but the bank can require them, including salary-deduction authorisations from all loan participants. No promissory note is required. There is also an option to have a notary confirm the loan agreement.
- If you sign the employment/salary-deduction declaration, losing your employment or changing jobs can allow the bank to demand repayment of the full outstanding amount because your ability to repay has changed.

Visit an NLB Banka branch using the branch selector on the official loan page. Download the consumer-credit application pack and complete its mandatory fields; starred fields are optional. The bank supplies precontractual information about the offered terms, and a draft agreement on request.
