Eco Renovate Loan
Loans for small and medium-sized businesses renovating completed non-residential properties in Singapore with energy-saving equipment, solar panels or other qualifying green features.

DBS lends money for renovation work that uses qualifying environmentally friendly materials, fixtures or equipment. Examples include energy-efficient LED lighting, solar film, double-glazed windows, solar panels, electric-vehicle chargers and smart meters.
You repay the borrowed money with interest. The loan offers preferential interest rates for businesses incorporating environmentally friendly features, with repayment periods of up to five years for secured loans and up to four years for unsecured loans.
If you also finance or refinance your commercial property with DBS, financing can cover up to 100% of your business renovation cost.
Eligibility
- Your business must be a small or medium-sized enterprise undertaking qualifying environmentally friendly renovation work.
- The work must be for a completed non-residential property in Singapore.
- DBS provides a checklist of pre-qualified materials, fixtures and equipment when you apply, so the items you plan to install must qualify under that checklist.
- This loan does not finance renovation work that is not environmentally friendly. If your renovation includes both green and other items, DBS separates those components and structures the financing accordingly.
