A fixed-rate mortgage from CHF 25,000 for replacing oil or gas heating with renewable heating, or installing solar collectors or solar electricity panels on Swiss residential property, with no processing fee.

The loan amount corresponds to the cost of replacing the heating and/or installing solar collectors or a photovoltaic system, which generates solar electricity. Renewable heating can use heat pumps, solar energy, wood or district heating, provided the energy comes from renewable sources.
You borrow at a fixed interest rate for 2–10 years. The rate depends on the term, and the contract specifies how you repay the borrowed capital. UBS waives the processing fee.
Eligibility
- The offer is available to existing UBS mortgage customers and new customers who want to take out a UBS mortgage.
- The residential property must be in Switzerland. Owner-occupied homes, rented homes and vacation properties qualify. The offer can be used once per property.
- UBS must provide all financing for the property. UBS assesses the borrowing under its usual real-estate financing standards.
- You must replace oil or gas heating with a system using renewable energy, or install solar collectors or a photovoltaic system. The minimum loan is CHF 25,000.
- You can combine the offer with the First Home or Renovation special mortgage offers on other portions of the property’s overall UBS mortgage financing.
