Up to €1,000 towards a first contractor-installed insulation measure for an eligible owner-occupied home in Oudewater.

Esta oportunidade está atualmente disponível em inglês.

This entry covers the ordinary first-measure grant when you choose and pay your own certified contractor. You can insulate the floor, cavity walls or inside of the roof, or replace existing glazing with HR++ or triple glazing.

The grant covers up to €1,000 including VAT, limited to actual eligible costs left after other subsidies. You pay the contractor first; Winst uit je Woning reimburses you after the work and supporting documents have been approved. There is no advance. You pay any remaining cost yourself.

Eligibility

  • You must be an adult resident of Oudewater who owns and lives in the property. It must be a permanent dwelling built before 1995, with its own street-level entrance, without monument status and outside a homeowners’ association (VvE). Sheds, garages and outbuildings are excluded.
  • Its WOZ assessed property value must be no more than €477,000 at 1 January 2022. If it exceeded that limit, you can qualify by showing it fell below €477,000 at the 2023, 2024 or 2025 valuation date. Your home must have a valid energy label D, E, F or G, or at least two uninsulated or poorly insulated building components. For this test, floor and ground count as one category, walls as one, roof and loft floor as one, and windows and doors as one.
  • Poorly insulated means: floor/ground insulation under 5 cm or Rc no higher than 1.3; uninsulated walls with Rc no higher than 1.1; roof insulation under 9 cm or Rc no higher than 2.0; no loft-floor insulation with Rc no higher than 0.5; or single, old double or HR glazing with U at least 1.6. Rc describes the existing building component’s resistance to heat loss.
  • This first-measure route is for a home that has not previously received a grant under this scheme. Work must take place between 27 September 2025 and 31 December 2028.
  • Use a contractor with a KOMO, SKG-IKOB, Insula, VCA or VENIN certificate. Obtain a quote meeting the ISDE national insulation requirements and identifying the product’s meldcode, the code used to check the insulation product. Insulate existing surfaces; extensions and demolished-and-rebuilt parts are excluded. Existing insulation cannot be added to the new material’s value to reach the required standard.
  • Cavity-wall insulation needs at least 10 m² and new material with Rd of at least 1.1 m²K/W, with a qualifying maximum of 170 m². Floor insulation needs at least 20 m² and Rd of at least 3.5, with a maximum of 130 m². Apply floor insulation above or below the existing floor; sprayed PIR or PUR must use HFC-free blowing agents. Floor and ground insulation directly above one another cannot both receive support.
  • Inside-roof insulation needs at least 20 m² and new material with Rd of at least 3.5, with a maximum of 200 m². Roof and loft-floor insulation directly above one another cannot both receive support. Rd measures resistance to heat loss: a higher value means better insulation.
  • Replace at least 3 m² of existing glazing; the qualifying maximum is 45 m². HR++ glazing needs a U-value no higher than 1.2 W/m²K. Triple glazing needs a U-value no higher than 0.7 and replacement insulating frames to meet the triple-glazing conditions. Triple glazing without replacement frames can qualify under the HR++ conditions instead. U measures heat loss: a lower value means better insulation. New openings where a wall previously stood are excluded.
  • Register the work before it starts on Oudewater’s nature-friendly building and insulation platform. Follow the municipal species-management rules for cavity-wall and roof work and obtain any necessary permissions. Bat maternity roosts may delay or restrict cavity-wall work, and legally prohibited measures cannot receive support. The municipality advises against UF foam.
