The equipment financing route covers photovoltaic panels, electric-vehicle charging points and replacement equipment that improves energy performance. Listed vehicle options are fully electric light vehicles and heavy vehicles powered by electricity, bio-natural gas or hydrogen.
CIC lends the money and you repay the principal over time, with a fixed or variable interest rate. Equipment loans can run for up to seven years.
Eligibility
Companies in all sectors can seek financing when their development strategy aims to reduce carbon emissions. The investment programme must improve energy efficiency and reduce its environmental impact.
Your CIC agency must accept the financing application and confirm that the proposed purchases qualify.

Use the dedicated contact form to request a conversation with a CIC business adviser about the Prêt Transition Énergétique. You can select “No” when asked whether you have existing login details. The form requests your company’s postcode and nine-digit SIREN registration number, along with contact details; a regional business adviser responds to the enquiry.
