BEG municipal grant (464)
Grants for German municipalities and municipal associations completing whole-building energy renovations or buying freshly renovated efficient buildings.
Această oportunitate este disponibilă momentan în limba engleză.
Finance comprehensive energy renovation of municipal homes or non-residential buildings, including related planning, construction and restoration costs. Non-residential projects can receive up to €4 million. Residential support is calculated from up to €150,000 of eligible costs per home; grant rates depend on the efficiency standard and qualifying bonuses.
Eligibility
Municipal authorities, their legally dependent enterprises, municipal associations and municipal special-purpose associations can apply.
The original building application or notification must be at least five years old. A non-residential renovation must reach Efficiency Building 70 or better; a residential renovation must reach Efficiency House 85 or better. Stand-alone measures such as replacing windows or heating do not qualify unless the project reaches the required whole-building standard.
When buying a freshly renovated building, the eligible energy-renovation costs must be itemized separately, for example in the purchase contract.
Plan the project with an energy-efficiency expert listed for the relevant building category by the German Energy Agency, dena.
