Electrify and Save rebates
Rebates for Wyrulec residential and small commercial members buying energy-efficient electric equipment, including qualifying heat-pump water heaters.

The Electrify and Save programme helps members buy energy-efficient electric products. For residential and small commercial users, the 2026 guide lists $350 per air-source heat-pump water heater. The unit must hold at least 30 gallons and be ENERGY STAR certified.
A discounted product can receive a reduced rebate, and free products do not qualify. The general limit is one rebate per account per year unless the guide states otherwise. Wyrulec sends the member a rebate check after approval.
Eligibility
- You must be a Wyrulec member. Its electricity service territory covers parts of eastern Wyoming and western Nebraska; this is a local member offer.
- The heat-pump water-heater route described here is for residential and small commercial users. Buy a new ENERGY STAR certified air-source heat-pump water heater with a capacity of at least 30 gallons. Used or refurbished equipment is excluded.
- Rebates cover completed purchases or installed projects. You must provide paid receipts and any other documentation requested in the application. The receipt must identify the consumer, purchase date and payment, detailed product make and model, and associated labour costs.
- Confirm participation and product-specific application requirements with Wyrulec before buying or applying. Participating utilities may restrict individual products, and eligibility and rebate amounts can change.

Contact Wyrulec at wyrulec@wyrulec.com or 877-997-8532 to confirm the requirements for your purchase. After completing the purchase or installation, submit the purchase receipt or invoice and product information, including model numbers, to Wyrulec. Request the rebate within 90 days of purchase or installation, whichever happens later.
Wyrulec applies for the rebate on your behalf once it receives the required documentation. If approved, it issues and mails your rebate check.
