Energy renovation loan for property-owner communities
Borrow as a property-owner community to improve your building’s insulation, thermal systems or lighting, with financing for up to the full renovation budget including VAT.

The loan can fund improvements to the parts of your building that keep heat in, such as facade insulation. It also covers energy-efficiency improvements and renewable energy in heating, air conditioning, cooling, ventilation and domestic hot-water systems, as well as more efficient lighting.
Unicaja can lend the community up to the full renovation budget, including VAT. The community repays the borrowed money in instalments over up to ten years. You can choose a six-month period that postpones repayment of the borrowed capital.
Eligibility
- The borrower must be the property-owner community. The application must be signed by its president and/or secretary-administrator under a resolution adopted by the community.
- The renovation must involve the eligible energy-efficiency or renewable-energy work described above.
- Provide the execution budget for the work, including VAT, when applying.
- Approval is subject to Unicaja’s assessment criteria.
