LED holiday-light rebate
Electric customers can receive $5 in New Ulm Chamber Dollars per qualifying LED holiday-light string, for up to five strings.

Buy energy-saving LED holiday lights and claim a rebate paid in New Ulm Chamber Dollars. Each qualifying string earns $5, with a limit of five strings per customer. You must collect the Chamber Dollars in person; they are not mailed. You can spend them only at Chamber-member businesses; the Chamber’s Business Directory lists those that accept them.
Eligibility
- You must be a current New Ulm Public Utilities electric customer with an active account number.
- Each string must cost at least $5 and contain at least 25 LED lights.
- Your original store receipt must be dated between October 1 and December 16, 2026. Include the portion of each string’s package showing its light count.
- Chamber Dollars are limited and awarded on a first come, first served basis. No awards are made after funds are depleted. The utility may change or discontinue the programme at any time.

Complete the 2026 LED Holiday Light Rebate Application with your utility account number, name, address, daytime phone number, lights per string and number of strings. Bring it, the original receipt and the required portion of every package to the New Ulm Public Utilities office at 310 1st North between October 1 and December 16, 2026. The office can make a receipt copy if you want to keep your original. For questions, call the utility on 507-233-2110.
