SEB finances both older properties and new buildings. The building's age determines which energy requirements apply.
Eligibility
Your company must be registered in Sweden.
- Buildings constructed before 31 December 2020 need energy class A or must be among the most energy-efficient 15% in their category.
- Buildings constructed after 1 January 2021 need a primary energy figure at least 10% below the limit in BBR29, the Swedish building regulations. The primary energy figure is the measure used to assess the building's energy performance.
