Charging infrastructure grant for housing associations
Housing cooperatives and condominium associations in Bergen can get a grant for shared electrical infrastructure that enables electric vehicle charging.
Αυτή η ευκαιρία είναι προς το παρόν διαθέσιμη στα Αγγλικά.
Fund cables to parking spaces, electrical installations and upgrades, and load-sharing systems that let several chargers use the same circuit. External advice and design can also count towards eligible costs.
For ordinary infrastructure, the grant covers up to 20% of approved investment costs, limited to NOK 5,000 per charging point. The maximum grant per housing cooperative or condominium association is NOK 200,000. Payment is adjusted to the actual costs in the final report.
Spaces reserved for station-based car sharing can receive up to 40% of approved investment costs, limited to NOK 10,000 per qualifying charging point. You must have an agreement with an approved car-sharing provider to rent these spaces, and they must be available to all users of that service. Station-based sharing means a shared fleet collected and returned at the same location; private peer-to-peer car sharing does not qualify.
The grant does not pay for individual chargers or transformer-station upgrades. Controls that avoid the need for a transformer upgrade can qualify.
