You can borrow from Ziraat Bankası to pay for insulated windows, doors and roofs; external-wall insulation; floor, wall and ceiling insulation; efficient lighting; A-class appliances; and solar heating or hot-water systems.
This is money you repay to the bank. Flexible payment options are offered, with maximum repayment periods depending on the loan amount: up to 36 months for loans of TRY 125,000 or less; up to 24 months from TRY 125,001 to TRY 250,000; and up to 12 months from TRY 250,001 upwards.
The bank offers life insurance provided by Türkiye Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. through its branches.
Eligibility
The loan is for individuals investing in energy efficiency at home. Appliances must have A-class performance; efficient lighting includes energy-saving or LED equipment.
You must provide income evidence appropriate to your employment status and a proforma invoice or original invoice from the company carrying out the work.

Apply at a Ziraat Bankası branch. Bring the application form, your identity card, driving licence or passport, income evidence appropriate to your employment status, and the implementing company’s proforma or original invoice. The branch also requires any other documents it requests.
