Secured loans for established businesses investing in renewable energy, energy efficiency, green transport and other eligible environmental activities.

Use the loan to increase investment capital or expand a business working in renewable energy, energy efficiency, green eco-tourism, green transport, waste management, clean water or certified green buildings.
Canadia Bank lends the money and you repay it with interest. The loan can run for up to ten years, with repayments arranged around your business income. The bank accepts both soft and hard property title deeds as security for the loan. The deed must be in the borrower’s name. Bank service charges, legal fees and property valuation fees are waived.
Eligibility
- Your business must have operated for at least one year and work in one of the eligible environmental activities.
- The borrower must be older than 18, have a good repayment record with Credit Bureau Cambodia (CBC), and have a good or stable business with positive income.
- You must provide a valid national ID card or passport, a family book or residential book, and proof of business ownership and income. Examples include a business certificate, patent, bank statement, financial report or invoices.
- The certificate for the property offered as collateral must be in the borrower’s name.
