Use the loan to improve your home’s energy efficiency through insulation, weatherization or a cold-climate heat pump.
You can borrow $2,500–$40,000 and repay the borrowed money with interest over a term of up to 120 months. Your rate depends on the lender’s assessment of your credit; contact Vermont Federal Credit Union for the latest rate.
Eligibility
- You must be a Vermont Federal Credit Union member, and the loan is subject to credit approval.
- You can join if you live, work, worship or attend school in Vermont. You can also join if an immediate family member already belongs, regardless of where you live.
