This instalment loan can fund measures such as solar panels and batteries, heat pumps, roof or wall insulation, efficient glazing, ventilation, green roofs and rainwater recovery. These are examples rather than an exhaustive list.
Beobank advertises a fixed annual percentage rate (APR) of 3.65%, valid on 2 October 2026 and subject to change. The APR includes interest and all costs associated with the credit. At that rate the maximum repayment period depends on the amount borrowed and cannot exceed 84 months. Contact a Beobank branch for other amounts or durations.
After approval and signature of the credit agreement, Beobank pays the loan in one transfer to your chosen bank account, which can be with another bank. You repay the loan in monthly instalments.
Eligibility
- The loan is for private individuals and requires Beobank’s approval and mutual agreement.
- The home must be in Belgium. Invoices or a signed order from a supplier established in Belgium must justify 70% of the borrowed amount as investment in ecological projects, such as energy saving, climate impact or an improved energy performance certificate (EPC) rating.
- Beobank assesses your personal situation, including income and expenses, and checks the Belgian National Bank’s personal credit register.
- You can apply jointly if you are a couple, live together or are married.

Use the Ecokrediet simulator and online application on Beobank’s product page, choosing remote handling or an appointment at a branch. Beobank verifies your information and consults the National Bank’s database. If it accepts the application, sign the credit agreement before the funds can be paid.
