Energy loan
Borrow up to DKK 250,000 for energy improvements to your owner-occupied home, using a Totalkredit assessment or documentation of work on the bank’s eligible list.

Finance energy-saving renovation or alternative energy for your own home. The bank’s eligible list includes solar panels and insulation of ground floors.
Lollands Bank lends you the money, which you repay over up to ten years. Interest is variable, so the rate can change. The setup costs are DKK 3,500 plus 1% of the loan amount; loan costs can be included in the borrowing. You can repay the loan in full at any time at the outstanding principal’s face value, known as “kurs 100”.
Eligibility
- The loan is for improvements to your owner-occupied home.
- Provide either a Totalkredit Energi- og Klimatjek, an assessment identifying energy and climate improvements to your home, or documentation for work on Lollands Bank’s eligible energy-improvement list. The loan can fund the assessment’s recommendations and maintenance items, or improvements from that list.
- Lollands Bank must approve the loan through its ordinary credit assessment.
- Complete the construction work within two years after the loan money is paid out.
