Sustainable building grant for home insulation
Grants for individuals insulating older homes used for permanent or part-time residence in Noord-Beveland.

This entry covers wall, roof, floor and crawlspace insulation under the municipal sustainable building grant. The maximum contributions are €10 per m² for wall or roof insulation, €10 per m² for floor insulation and €5 per m² for crawlspace insulation. Other subsidies can be combined without reducing the municipal contribution.
Eligibility
Apply as an individual; there is no income or wealth limit. The dwelling must be in Noord-Beveland, completed before 2019 and used for permanent or part-time residence. Holiday homes are excluded. Insulation must address building elements with no insulation or insufficient insulation. The same measure can receive this grant only once per dwelling. Any required environmental permit must be obtained before carrying out the work; work done without the required permit receives no grant.

Apply through the municipal insulation form using DigiD and your Dutch citizen service number (BSN). Apply before starting work, and wait for the municipal decision before you begin. Provide a calculation of eligible costs, photographs of the dwelling and details of the insulation materials. The municipality decides within four weeks of receiving a complete application. Notify the municipality when insulation work starts so it can inspect the measures before final finishing. After completion, submit the municipal completion form and purchase receipts showing the costs. The municipality decides on payment within four weeks of the completion notification.
