Loans for property companies adding insulation, installing solar panels or making other energy and environmental improvements.

You can borrow for individual property improvements. As well as insulation and solar panels, these can include efficient ventilation or heating without fossil fuels.
Eligibility
Your property company must be based in Sweden. The improvements must be to a property in Sweden.
- The work must use established, approved methods.
- Your company must pass SBAB's credit assessment, which checks whether it can repay the loan.
- Once the work is finished, you must show that it was completed as described in the quotation.
