Energy loan
Loans for companies and housing associations reducing energy use in their property or installing solar panels.

You can borrow for improvements such as insulation, heat pumps, solar panels and replacement windows. Windows must have a U-value no higher than 1.2. This measures how much heat passes through a window; a lower value means better insulation.
Eligibility
- Your company or housing association must own the property.
- You must already be a Swedbank customer or move the property's financing to the bank.
- The bank needs information about your business and carries out a credit assessment. It usually requires the property as security for the loan.
The loan amount and price are agreed individually.
How to apply

Apply through Swedbank's online banking or app, or contact the bank. Before the loan is paid out, submit invoices showing the improvements and their material or labour costs.
