Klimatpremie for light electric trucks
Grants of up to SEK 40,000 for businesses, municipalities and regions buying a new light electric truck.

The grant can cover up to 30% of the price difference between the light electric truck and the nearest comparable vehicle, with a limit of SEK 40,000 per truck.
The truck may run directly on electricity or use electricity produced by hydrogen fuel cells.
Eligibility
Businesses, municipalities and regions can apply when buying an eligible truck.
- Apply before ordering the truck. You can place the order after Energimyndigheten receives the application; you do not need to wait for its decision.
- The truck must be new, have a gross weight of no more than 3.5 tonnes and not previously have been put into use in Sweden or elsewhere.
- A demonstration vehicle can qualify if it has not been used for its intended purpose. A brief test drive does not count as prior use.
- If the vehicle is leased, only the lessor that buys and owns it can receive the grant.
For payment, the truck must be registered in Sweden. You must still be its registered owner six months after it is put on the road.

Log in to Energimyndigheten's Mina sidor with personal BankID. Request authorization for the Klimatpremie service, then submit one application for each truck before ordering it.
If approved, request payment by the date in the decision.
