Municipality of MoudonSvizzerafino a 500 CHFchiude 31 dic 2026

A CHF 500 municipal top-up helps private building owners in Moudon pay for a CECB Plus energy audit supported by Vaud.

Questa opportunità è attualmente disponibile in inglese.

This entry covers the voluntary CECB Plus audit route within the Fonds pour les Energies Renouvelables et le Développement Durable (FEDD). The audit shows how your building uses energy and recommends improvements. The CHF 500 municipal grant must supplement Vaud’s IM-07-1 grant, which pays CHF 1,000 for individual housing or CHF 1,500 for other building categories.

The cantonal grant cannot exceed the audit’s actual cost. Vaud’s general rules also cap its grant at 50% of works costs, or material costs for work you do yourself. Moudon limits combined cantonal, federal and municipal subsidies to 75% of the supported object’s value. These are additional constraints on the stated amounts. Support may be limited for multiple building identifiers (EGIDs) or identical buildings.

Awards depend on the available budgets and a municipal decision; there is no entitlement when the fund is exhausted. Moudon reduces, withdraws or recovers all or part of a grant if it was awarded unduly, the task is not performed correctly, award conditions are breached or funds are misused. The recovery right expires three years after the municipality learns the grounds, and at the latest ten years after that right arises.

Eligibility

  • You must own a building constructed before 2000 in Moudon. This route covers a voluntary audit; legally compulsory measures, including large-consumer commitments, are excluded. Public administrations are excluded from the municipal fund.
  • Use a certified CECB expert. The final report must be published in the CECB database; drafts and updates of an existing CECB Plus are excluded. It must describe the initial condition and at least two improvement variants, including a complete renovation. The expert’s offer must include at least one hour of advice when delivering the report.
  • The cantonal rules cover heated buildings in one of the 12 SIA 380/1 building-use categories, rather than industrial processes. New construction is outside this pre-2000 route. Projects financed 50% or more by the canton or Confederation, sites or companies under CO₂ reduction commitments or emissions trading, buildings owned by those authorities, and foundations mainly financed by them are excluded.
  • Do not combine the same measure with another federal funding programme. Recipients must respect equality between women and men and, where they act as a contracting authority, public procurement law.
  • Obtain written cantonal approval before starting the audit; an already-published audit cannot qualify. The general completion period is two years from the award, with a possible further two years on justified request. Notify changes affecting the grant by email before work begins.
  • The municipal form needs the owner’s details and signature, any representative’s authorization, and written agreement from the condominium/co-ownership administration where applicable.

Restrizioni del bando
  • Claim within three months after cantonal payment and within the 2026 tariff period. Subject to available funds and municipal decision.

First obtain the certified expert’s quotation, including the hour of advice, and apply to Vaud at portal.leprogrammebatiments.ch/vd. Supply the owner-signed application and quotation. The filing date is receipt of the signed form, and processing requires all attachments. Wait for DIREN’s written approval before the expert begins.

After approval, have the report completed and published, then notify completion through the cantonal portal. The payment request needs the signed completion form, detailed final invoice and proof of payment, the CECB Plus report, calculations of heated floor area and the thermal envelope supported by plans or sketches, justification of initial U-values (how much heat building elements let through), and the specified bank details. DIREN may check the report before paying.

After the canton pays, send Moudon’s completed, owner-signed municipal form and proof of the cantonal payment amount to urbanisme@moudon.ch. Apply within three months of that payment and during the municipal tariff’s validity, which ends on 31 December 2026. Moudon then issues its decision.
