Visite conseil villa subsidy
Resident homeowners in Carouge can get a home energy visit for CHF165 including tax if annual electricity use does not exceed 30,000 kWh.
Deze mogelijkheid is momenteel in het Engels beschikbaar.
The visit helps you plan energy savings and renewable energy improvements. It includes personalised advice, an assessment of solar potential, the building’s heat consumption index (IDC), and efficient replacement equipment.
The service is valued at CHF880. SIG and SuisseEnergie cover CHF550, and municipal support reduces the usual CHF330 participant charge to CHF165 including tax. The subsidy is deducted from your final invoice.
For a boiler more than 10 years old, the visit includes a Chauffez renouvelable diagnostic to assess renewable heating options. Sign the report delivered after the visit within 60 days: otherwise you lose that diagnostic’s CHF450 subsidy and receive a CHF450 invoice. The report is informative and does not require works or compliance upgrades. The diagnostic is not repeated if the property already has a Chauffez renouvelable report.
