Energy renovation loan
Borrow €1,000–€75,000 at fixed interest to improve the energy performance of a home you own.

The loan can finance insulation of walls, roof spaces or floors; heat pumps, wood or pellet heating; solar thermal or photovoltaic panels; high-performance glazed windows and doors; and energy-saving ventilation.
BGL BNP Paribas lends you money for the renovation so you can spread the expense over time. You repay it in constant monthly instalments, with an interest rate fixed throughout the contract. The application fee is waived.
Eligibility
You must be an individual who owns the home and plans works that improve its energy performance. The loan amount must be between €1,000 and €75,000.
You must provide proof of the energy renovation, and BGL BNP Paribas must approve your application.

Identify priority works and obtain quotations from construction professionals to estimate and compare costs. Contact BGL BNP Paribas: an adviser studies your application and quotations and proposes a loan suited to your situation. If approved, sign the personal-loan contract at your chosen branch, then start the works.
