Ergoldinger Förderprogramm
Grants for property owners and tenants in Ergolding to green roofs and façades, remove sealed surfaces and collect rainwater.
Ta możliwość jest obecnie dostępna po angielsku.
The Part D adaptation measures help green the settlement, improve the local microclimate and reduce the rainwater load on sewers. The municipality pays a one-off grant after the work is completed.
- Green roofs: €10 per m², capped at €1,000 per property and at 20% of documented costs. Both new green roofs and conversion of existing roofs qualify.
- Green façades and walls: 10% of purchase, planting or installation costs for climbing plants, trained fruit trees, climbing supports or cassette systems, up to €200 per land parcel.
- Unsealing: 10% of construction, plant purchase and planting costs, up to €200 per property, to replace impermeable paving with grass, wild herbs or suitable trees and shrubs. At least 10 m² must be unsealed.
- Rainwater collection: 20% of costs, up to €500 per land parcel, for cisterns and their inflow and extraction equipment or above-ground containers connected to gutters or downpipes. Total storage must be at least 1,000 litres. An additional €200 is available when rainwater is also used inside the house, for example for toilet flushing or washing clothes.
For work you do yourself, only materials are subsidised. Guarantees that newly planted vegetation will take root and maintenance work are excluded from façade-greening and unsealing support. The responsible municipal committee may depart from the published rates in justified individual cases.
Eligibility
You must own or rent a building or building plot in Ergolding. Tenants need the owner's consent. Roof greening, façade greening and rainwater collection require an existing or planned residential or commercial building in Ergolding. Unsealing requires a property already built on with a residential or commercial building.
Apply before starting or commissioning the work. Planning, obtaining quotes and buying land do not count as starting. Work already started is ineligible. The measures must be voluntary and cannot be required by a building permit, development plan, municipal regulation or another public-law obligation. You must declare that the property has not previously received a municipal grant of the same kind.
The work must be carried out and completed within one year. A single one-year extension may be approved in justified exceptional cases. After completion, provide invoice copies and photographs; the municipality or its representative may inspect the work. You must repay grant money used for a different purpose.
There is no entitlement to funding. Awards depend on municipal budget availability, and applications may be refused when the annual allocation is exhausted. Ergolding allows additional funding, but the other funders' combination rules and relevant tax requirements must also be observed.

Use the signed Part D application on pages 7–8 of the 2026 rules and submit it to Markt Ergolding, Lindenstraße 25, 84030 Ergolding. The named contact is Thomas Kuntscher, kuntscher@ergolding.de, telephone 0871/7603-47.

For façade greening or unsealing, provide the area, plant composition and plant sizes. For rainwater collection, state the cistern or container capacity. Tenants must include the owner's consent. The application form lists the documents needed for each measure.
Applications may be submitted during the programme's 2026 validity, before the work starts or is commissioned. Complete applications are checked, funds are reserved and a written indication of funding is sent; the municipal receipt stamp determines their order. Incomplete applications may be returned. Payment follows completion and submission of invoices and photographs.
