Household insulation grant

Municipality of PuttenHolandiado 1,6 tys. EUR

Up to €1,600 for owner-occupiers in Putten to have an existing floor professionally insulated, with an advance application.

Ta możliwość jest obecnie dostępna po angielsku.

This entry covers applying before a professional insulates your existing floor. The municipal grant is at most €1,600 and cannot exceed your eligible insulation costs. It can cover floor insulation material, material for gaps and cracks, climate-control or vapour-retarding membrane, crawl-space hatch insulation and the installer’s labour.

You can also apply separately for the national ISDE subsidy; that award has its own conditions.

Eligibility

  • You must own and live in the home in Putten. It must have an entrance at street level and a floor at ground level, and must not belong to an owners’ association (VvE). It must have been built in 2001 or earlier. This entry covers homes with a WOZ 2023 valuation below €482,000, valued as at 1 January 2022.
  • A valid energy label D, E, F or G satisfies the poor-insulation test. With label A, B or C, or no qualifying valid label, you must establish at least two poorly insulated components, and the floor you fund must be one of them. Roof and attic floor count as one component.
  • For those component checks: at least 20 m² of roof has no insulation, insulation thinner than 9 cm, or Rc ≤2.0; at least 20 m² of attic floor has no insulation (Rc ≤0.5); at least 20 m² of wall has no cavity, internal lining or external insulation; at least 20 m² of floor/ground has no insulation, insulation thinner than 5 cm, or Rc ≤1.3; or single, old double or HR glass has Ug ≥1.6 across at least 8 m², counting insulating frame panels and doors together with the glazing. Rc describes the construction’s insulation performance; Ug describes heat loss through glazing.
  • Insulate at least 20 m² of an existing floor. The referenced floor rules cover up to 130 m². Material goes above or below the floor and the new insulation alone must have Rd ≥3.5 m²K/W, its resistance to heat loss. Existing insulation cannot count towards this value. Sprayed PIR/PUR must use HFC-free blowing agents. Extensions and demolished-and-rebuilt areas are excluded.
  • This grant must not already have been awarded for your address.

  • First received within the programme budget; apply before professional work.[^c4][^c9]
  • Applications from 1 July 2026 require completion after award and before 31 December 2026, when the scheme expires.[^c5][^c10]

Apply to Putten municipality through its online insulation-grant form before the work, with an installer’s quotation no more than 90 days old stating the area and material’s Rd value. A paper form is also available from the municipal professional-insulation page.

Applications are handled in receipt order within the €532,000 programme budget. Insufficient budget normally means refusal. A complete application is decided within three months, and the award is fixed directly at approval.

For applications from 1 July 2026, carry out the work after the award and finish before 31 December 2026. The scheme expires on that date. The municipality can spot-check whether the insulation was installed.
