Paving removal and garden greening grant
Homeowners and tenants in Halderberge can receive up to €500 to replace at least 10 m² of paving with greenery.
Această oportunitate este disponibilă momentan în limba engleză.
This entry covers the homeowner and tenant garden route under the Subsidieregeling klimaatbestendig Halderberge. Replace paving with plants, shrubs or trees to help rainwater soak into the ground and keep the surroundings cooler.
The municipality pays 35% of eligible plant, potting-soil and gardening-contractor costs, up to €500. Moving cables or pipes is excluded. Higher actual costs than your estimate do not entitle you to extra grant money.
Eligibility
- You must own or rent existing premises in Halderberge and remove at least 10 m² of paving to create greenery.
- If a measure directly affects the building, tenants and other users must supply written landlord permission.
- Replacing existing greenery, building construction or alterations, your own labour or staff time, and preparing the application are excluded.
- You may combine this grant with a national, provincial or water-board grant only if the municipal grant does not exceed that other grant and the combined grants cover no more than 100% of the measure and associated work costs. Tell the municipality about such support or discounts for the same measure. An improperly received grant is reclaimed.
- Artificially splitting a measure to stay below a threshold leads to refusal. Carry out the measures stated in your award.
