Homeowners can apply to increase their SEB mortgage by at least SEK 100,000 for energy improvements, with a 0.10-percentage-point interest discount on the extra borrowing.
Green home construction loan
Individuals building an eligible energy-efficient house can borrow at least SEK 1 million and receive a 10% discount on the construction loan’s service fee.
