Esta oportunidade está atualmente disponível em inglês.
The Net Metering/Net Billing loan finances photovoltaic systems that offset electricity use through energy accounting or financial accounting. You can borrow up to 80% of the investment cost.
The repayment term is up to five years for loans up to €20,000, and up to ten years for loans of €20,001 or more. Interest is variable: one-month Euribor plus a spread of at least 4%, depending on collateral, and the Law 128/75 levy, currently 0.60%. Monthly instalments repay principal and interest. A grace period of up to six months is available, during which you pay interest only.
Up to 70% of the loan can be advanced when you present purchase invoices. The remaining 30% is released after a cooperating bank engineer certifies completion and DEDDIE activates the project.
