Energirenoveringspuljen grants for home energy renovation
Grants for insulation, windows, heat-recovery ventilation and new water-based heating distribution in Danish year-round homes with energy labels D–G. Wait for the award before ordering or starting work.

Green property loan
Loans for companies and housing associations financing qualifying commercial or multifamily buildings, including new construction and energy-performance improvements.

Loans for property companies adding insulation, installing solar panels or making other energy and environmental improvements.

Green mortgage top-up loan
Existing mortgage borrowers can borrow for home energy improvements with a 0.20 percentage-point interest discount on the amount used for eligible work.
Green energy loan for your home
Borrow without collateral for home energy improvements, charging equipment and protection against floods or heat, if at least one borrower has a Handelsbanken mortgage.
