Menslager Klimafonds
Grants help Menslage residents insulate existing buildings, with additional support for contractor labour.
This entry covers the fund’s insulation support for roller-shutter boxes, radiator niches, top-floor ceilings and cellar ceilings in existing buildings in Menslage.
The grant covers 50% of insulation costs up to €200. You can also request 50% of contractor labour costs up to a separate €200. Provide a contractor invoice, or material invoices for work you carry out yourself.
Support is normally a non-repayable grant, paid in one instalment after approval and checks of paid receipts or invoices. Awards are discretionary and depend on the municipal budget. Payment also requires approval of the 2026 budget and remaining annual funds.
Eligibility
- You must be an individual registered with your primary residence in Menslage. The work must concern an existing building in the municipality.
- One application per household can be funded in each funding area.
- Orders must not predate 1 January 2026; the order date determines whether the timing condition is met.
- You may combine this with programmes funded outside Menslage only if those programmes allow combination. You must check compatibility yourself; the municipality does not check or accept liability for reductions or loss of other funding or tax benefits.
- Use the grant for its approved purpose and comply with any conditions in the award notice. Breaches can lead to full or partial revocation. Missing or improper evidence of compliance prevents payment.
